Concord Police announced the arrest of seven people who stole from Ulta Beauty in the city of Concord.

According to police, the Financial Crimes Unit teamed up with traffic police and patrol officers to commit a shoplifting incident at Ulta Beauty. Within 5 hours, CPD investigators arrested 7 people who were stealing from Ulta Beauty. Arrested were:

  • Veronica Fiore, 28, of Walnut Creek. Arrested for shoplifting.
  • Karanbir Doel, 31, of Concord & Placer County. Arrested for grand larceny and has a warrant out for theft out of Placer County.

  • Anthony Russell, 25, of Antioch. Arrested for shoplifting, burglary, conspiracy and possession of stolen property.

  • Tatiyana Slater, 24, of Antioch. Arrested for shoplifting, burglary, conspiracy and possession of stolen property.

  • Tabitha Rubino, 38, Concord. Arrested for shoplifting and probation violation (probation for theft).

  • Fredrick Long, 65, transient from Concord. Arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

  • A 16-year-old youth (name withheld) was arrested for shoplifting.

According to police, the total damage was about $6,591.

All suspects arrested were booked and processed at the Concord City Jail. The cases will be forwarded to the Contra Costa County District Attorney’s Office for criminal prosecution.
