Barbecue and grill enthusiasts can now shop for their essentials in one place in Colombia.

Missouri Barbecue Supply, 3890 Rangeline Street Suite 109, is hosting a weekend-long grand opening celebration starting Friday. The store opened July 1. It is closed Wednesdays, but is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

A variety of tastings will be offered during the opening weekend, store owner Casey Clark said in a news release. The public is invited to experience various local producers and guests can enter the store’s barbecue raffle.

Prizes include a Gen 3 Firebeast from Z Grills, all-weather cover, Manchester Wood Pellets Five Star Blend, grill accessories package, and a selection of sauces and seasonings from Show-Me Barbecue Sauce, Sticky Pig, Spicewine Ironworks, Augie’s Sauce and Spice Co. and Meat Apostles. Entries will be accepted in-store until July 15, when a winner will be announced.

“Columbia is the center of some of America’s greatest barbecue traditions – Kansas City, St. Louis, Memphis, Texas – and it’s time we had a store where people can discover the joy of smoking and grilling,” Clark said.

Missouri Barbecue Supply β€œis designed to support and encourage both the amateur griller and the serious grill master,” the press release states.

The products on the shelves include both well-known and lesser-known items from Missouri, Tennessee, the Carolinas, Texas, Oklahoma and all other states where barbecue is enjoyed.
