On Tuesday, July 2, Prep Baseball of South Carolina held tryouts for Team Carolina at the University of South Carolina in Columbia, SC. The Team Carolina tryouts determine candidates for some of the biggest invitation-only events of the summer such as PB Senior Games, Top Prospect Games, PB JR Future Games, PB SR Future Games and the PB Future Games. The event featured players from the graduating classes of 2025-2028.
The event began with a professional workout for all fielders, followed by a 60-meter run with laser timing recorded using Swift technology, a BP with ball flight analysis by TrackMan, a defense evaluation, and finally a pitcher’s bullpen where every pitch was tracked by Trackman.
